The best way to reach us is hello@yesnotarot.app. It is a small independent project, so replies are written by a person and may take a few days.
What is genuinely useful to write about
- ✦Corrections to a card interpretation that reads as wrong or contradictory.
- ✦Spanish translation fixes — awkward phrasing, wrong tarot terminology, or a missing translation.
- ✦Bugs: a reading that will not load, a card image that does not appear, a layout broken on your device.
- ✦Accessibility problems, including anything that does not work with a screen reader or keyboard.
- ✦Suggestions for spreads or card meanings you would like to see covered.
What we cannot help with
We cannot give you a personal reading over email, and we cannot interpret a spread you have drawn elsewhere. The site is built so you can do that yourself, as many times as you like, for free.
We also cannot offer medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. If a question is weighing on you in a way that a tarot app is not equipped for, please talk to a qualified professional.
Privacy of your message
If you email us, we hold your message and address only for as long as it takes to reply and resolve the issue. We do not add you to a mailing list, and there is no mailing list to add you to.
