Terms of Use

By using Yes/No Tarot you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. There is no account to close and nothing to cancel — you can simply stop visiting.

All readings, card meanings, and guides on this site are provided for entertainment and personal reflection. Tarot is not a predictive science, the readings are generated by shuffling a virtual deck, and nothing here should be treated as a statement of fact about your past, present, or future.

Nothing on this site is professional advice. It is not medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, and it must not be used as a substitute for consulting a qualified professional. If you are facing a serious decision or are in distress, please speak to someone properly equipped to help. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a crisis helpline.

You are solely responsible for any action you take, or choose not to take, after a reading. A card that says "yes" is a prompt for reflection, not a recommendation, an instruction, or a prediction of outcome.

The site is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or available at any particular time, that the content is free of mistakes, or that it will meet your expectations. It is a free service maintained by one independent project, and it may change or go offline without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or your reliance on anything found on it, including indirect or consequential loss. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.

Please do not:

The card interpretations, guides, Spanish translations, card artwork, and site design are original work and remain the property of the project. You are welcome to read, share links to, and quote short passages with attribution. Wholesale copying of the interpretation texts is not permitted.

The Major Arcana themselves, and their traditional symbolism, are part of the public domain and belong to no one.

The site is funded by advertising and may link to external sites. We do not control advertisements served by third parties or the content of sites we link to, and their inclusion is not an endorsement. Your dealings with any advertiser or third-party site are between you and them.

This site is intended for users aged 13 and over. If you are under the age of majority where you live, please use it with a parent or guardian's permission.

These terms may be updated from time to time, and the date at the top of this page will change when they are. Continuing to use the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
